We provide Japanese and Western breakfast at Watazen Ryokan. Either can be selected between the hours starting from 700 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. The breakfast hall is located in the large banquet hall, which has a view of the garden.
In addition, all-you-can-drink tea and coffee are provided.
Appetizer, flame-broiled fish, "Nabe," Salad, miso soup, pickles, seasoned dried seaweed, Yakult juice.
The Kyoto specialty "Yudofu" comes as a set breakfast. Also, included are flame broiled fish, "Dashijiru maki" omelette, small bowl item, miso soup, etc.
We provide dinner room service at Watazen Ryokan.
You can choose the serving time from between 5:30 p.m. ~ 7:30 p.m.
Please make the reservation two days in advance.

Shown above is the traditional Kyoto cuisine "Kaiseki." For those who want to enjoy authentic traditional cuisine, we recommend the "Kaiseki."
This kaiseki is for vegetalians.You can taste traditional Japanese food such as tempura and sushi. The dishes are made by vegetable,to-fu and other ingredients(not including any meat and fish).What is more,we can exclude eggs for you.

Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish of sliced meat , bean curd , and vegetables seasoned and fried together( “suki” means to be thin+”yaku , “to roast”).

Shabu-shabu is a Japanese dish of thin slices of meat and vegetables cooked at table in a simmering pot of broth , then dipped into any of various sauses . Shabu-shabu is an imitation of bubbling water .

The "Miyabi Nabe" is Watazen Ryokan's original cuisine.
Enjoy by cooking the plentiful seafood boiled in white miso soup.
It is offered only during the winter season.
