If you are in Kyoto, then you definitely not miss a chance to visit Fushimi Inari-Taisha.
One of Kyoto`s well known sightseeing hot spots for many tourists.
A mountain full of bright orange Taisha`s “Gates“, fox statues, and shrines.

Once arriving in Fushimi-Inari station don`t be surpised if you see a crowd of people. I recommend going in the morning where it is less crowded; if you get lost don`t worry, just follow the crowd! They are all headed to the same place. On your way there, there are many
food stands along the way so you are in for a treat!

After passing the food stands you will reach the main entrance of Fushimi-Inari. Go follow the path, and from there your first encounter of Fushimi-Inari awaits. your adventure wil now begin through the many gates. Good luck going up the mountain, I found it a great workout if you skipped leg day.
