Personnel is very kind& goes to great lengths to keep customers happy.
We also enjoyed in particular the fact that we detected no extra noise nor cigarette smell in our room which hasn’t been the case in other Ryokan’s we’ve visited in Japan so far.
Conclusively, we’d love to stay in this Ryokan again. Thank you!!

This was my first stay at this inn and I appreciate warm atmosphere and comfortable
amenity heartily.
I could find various things that are worth taking notice – beautiful, traditional, tapestry,
Kimono, paintings, and furniture, heart warming greetings and graceful female staffs delighted me so much.
I wish I could visit Kyoto again and stay here.

This place is one of the nicest hotels in Japan we have stayed at.
We have seen to nice hotels in Tokyo and Kobe.
But the Watazen Ryokan really makes we felt like home from the first moment.

It had been a wonderful and memorable story at WATAZEN for the last 3 days.
My husband, my 2 girls and I all enjoyed ourselves in this hotel.
The staff were excellent and friendly.
